Careful Selection Of Environmentally Sensitive ProcessesUnder the Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council RoHS compliant processes and finishes are offered and promoted to customers to assist in their environmental initiatives. RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) restricts the use of specific hazardous materials found in electrical and electronic products. REACH sensitive processes are also utilised and promoted. REACH is a European initiative based on Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. Energy Consumption And ReductionRecent company initiatives to reduce energy consumption and convert to renewable sources of energy have been enhanced. Our latest major R & D project has been dedicated to this program and have achieved significant reductions in energy consumption.
